1.) What do you mean by "spongeless" system and why is this better?
Lesser quality systems have a sponge inside them that absorbs the ink and allows the system to work. The problem is that just like a kitchen sponge, after repeated use it begins to break down. Particles of the sponge will begin to pass through the cartridge and into your printer making your printer clog up.

2.) Why is your system less expensive than others I see on the internet?
Here at Print On A Dime we are founded on a very simple principle: Customer Satisfaction. We believe if you were willing to spend a lot of money then you would not be looking for a CIS. We deliver a top quality product, at an affordable price.

3.) Will a CIS break my printer?
No. If you properly install the system using the setup instructions, you will not harm your printer.

4.) Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 30 day repair or replacement warranty on all items and their components. (Ink is not included. All ink sales are final.) All printers come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty that starts the day you purchase your printer from us.

5.) Will using a Continuous Ink System (CIS) or Refillable Cartridges void my printers warrany?
No. Using a Continuous Ink System (CIS) or Refillable Cartridges will not void your printers warranty. However, problems with your printer that are caused by the improper installation of the CIS or refillable cartridges are not covered by your printers warranty. Print On A Dime is not responsible for problems caused by the improper installation of a CIS or refillable cartridges.

6.) Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes. We use international Priority Mail Shipping for all our international orders. Your shipping total will be calculated at the time of checkout.

7.) What type of ink do you carry and is it Epson quality?
We offer Dye base and Pigment ink. Our ink is of Epson quality and is manufactured right here in the USA. Our ink is tested on Epson paper and is as chemically comparible to Epson OEM ink as possible without violating copyright laws. When comparing photos printed with Epson original ink and our ink, it is impossible to tell the difference. You cannot put a price on good quality ink.

8.) Will your ink clog my printer?
No. Our ink is formulated not to clog your printer. Clogs only occur if the printer sits idle for too long (more than a week). To counter this issue we offer a free program that will set your printer to print a test page once daily to keep your system working. E-mail us for a request.
