Print On A Dime - Return PolicyPrint On A Dime, Inc. offers a 30 Day Restoration or Replacement return policy on products and components. If the item was purchased through the website or online auction site, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for restoration or replacement of the system. After 30 days from the purchase date returns will only be accepted on a discretionary special case basis. Print On A Dime, Inc. reserves the right to decline any return or replacement of product where intentional damage or improper installation resulting in damage is reasonably evident in client dialog or the physical state of the system when received at our location. All printers are covered by the manufacturer's one year warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement. We can not accept the return of our inks due to quality control standards and performance warranties made by Print On A Dime, Inc. For your convenience, return instructions are located in the contents of the instructional disk included with each system order. Returns will be shipped via USPS Ground Service, USPS Priority Mail Service, or USPS International Priority Mail Service with delivery confirmation. Merchandise will not accepted if shipped via Cash On Delivery. Shipping credit will not be issued for the difference of other Premium shipping methods if shipping credit is merited. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise with the 30 day term, Print On A Dime, Inc. will reimburse USPS ground shipping costs.
